Hassan is an Associate in the Firms’ Capital Market and Intellectual Property Advisory Department. He has legal experience in matters bordering on Civil Litigation, Criminal Litigation, Personal Status (Wills,  Custody, Guardianship etc.), Intellectual Property and Tech Start ups

Hassan was instrumental in an appeal on a Criminal Lawsuit that went up to the Court of Appeal. His service with the Independent and Electoral Crime Commission (INEC) enriched him with a robust understanding of the substantial and procedural issues surrounding election petition, a very time sensitive area of law. He routinely represents clients on Contract Breaches, Defamation, Intellectual Property, Human Rights, Employment and Labour Actions, cases. He has a string of volunteering experience. One of such is with the NAMATI Legal Empowerment Network.
